Well it’s time for the Bioscope to set aside the quill pen for a few days as we head off to join the nearest and dearest for Christmas. While I’m gone, here’s a musical interpretation of the 1910 Edison film A Christmas Carol with Marc McDermott as Scrooge, as performed by Vox Lumiere, the American troupe who combine silent film screenings with rock opera, and classical quintet The Definiens Project.
